Ariana DeBose, the Tony-nominated star of Broadway's Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, has a message for smartphone users. In the new musical short film from “Musicals with a Message,” DeBose takes to the streets of New York City to sing and dance about the merits of using your phone a little less.

A Smart Phone User’s Guide to Etiquette, seen above, is written by Noni Culotta and Mary John Frank, and directed and choreographed by Frank. The short film features cinematography by Drew Levin, music production by Byron Wu, original song arrangement by Culotta and Avi Amon, and editing by Ali Mao.

A Smart Phone User’s Guide to Etiquette is executive-produced by Becky Morrison and Matt Reed, and produced by Caitlin Mae Burke.
