Flynn's best-selling novel concerns the disappearance of Amy Elliot Dunne and the suspicion that immediately follows her husband Nick.
Rosamund Pike stars as Amy, with Ben Affleck co-starring as Nick. Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris (Hedwig and the Angry Inch) plays Amy's ex-boyfriend Desi, while Tony nominee Carrie Coon (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?) plays Nick's sister, Margo.
The film opens Oct. 3.
