Andrew Lloyd Webber's world-famous musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is now running at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Grand Theatre.

Thanks to the effort of The Really Useful Company and The Ascot Group who jointly brought this wonderful production to Hong Kong under the "Spotlight Hong Kong - towards the millennium" Programme, Hong Kong residents and tourists are able to enjoy this world smash hit --which has been performed to 44 million audiences around the world since 1968, and is widely acclaimed as one of Andrew Lloyd Webber's most colourful and energetic musical productions.

This biblical play is about how Joseph, being the favourite son of Jacob, was sold into salvery in Egypt by his jealous brothers, how he succeeded in Egypt through hard work, and how he ultimately re-united with his family.

The musical features an international cast, headed by top Australian performer David Dixon, and features a 40-strong local children's choir.
