A nonprofit group of Broadway producers and theatre owners will provide free tickets and offstage programming to shows to Gotham teenagers as part of a program that aims to inspire young artists and future theatregoers.
According to Deadline Hollywood, the program, The Situation Project, has "pledged funds to pay for five years' worth of arts programming through commitments from Jujamcyn Theaters and the Nederlander Organization along with other producers, creative, entrepreneurs, community activists and Situation Interactive, an online marketing specialist." Damian Bazadona, the founder and president of Situation Interactive, spearheaded the effort.
