Kathleen Chalfant (Wit) will guest on TV's "Theatre Talk" on June 25, (available in New York on Channel Thirteen/WNET). The actress will discuss her performance as Vivian Bering, a professor of English literature, dying of ovarian cancer, in this year's Pulitzer Prize winning play, Wit.

Following the Chalfant episode, "Theatre Talk" will go on hiatus until fall. "Theatre Talk" will return in October to Thirteen/WNET in a new slot on Sunday nights.

Throughout the summer, "The Best of 'Theatre Talk'" will continue throughout the summer in reruns as part of MetroArts/Thirteen on the Metro Learning channel, Saturday nights at 10 PM (check local listings for station number).

Michael Riedel (the New York Post) and Susan Haskins co-host the program, which has recently had such guests as Lea DeLaria, Cy Coleman, John Simon and Jed Bernstein. "Theatre Talk" airs at midnight on Thirteen/WNET.
