Reiser, best known for his Emmy-nominated run on TV’s “Mad About You,” will make an appearance on “Live with Regis & Kelly” May 23 to discuss his Off-Broadway debut in Writer’s Block. “Live with Regis & Kelly” airs on ABC-TV from 9-10 AM ET. Paul Reiser received Emmy, Golden Globe, American Comedy Award and Screen Actors Guild nominations for Best Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on “Mad About You.” (His “Mad About You” co-star, Helen Hunt, is also currently on the boards, starring in Life x 3.) Reiser’s film credits include “Diner,” “Bye Bye Love,” “The Marrying Man,” “Beverly Hills Cop,” “Aliens,” “Crazy People,” “The Story of Us” and “One Night at McCool’s.” The actor also wrote, produced and starred in the cable specials “Paul Reiser: Out on a Whim” and “Paul Reiser: 3-1/2 Blocks From Home.”
