Hoffman's newest solo act is titled Scraping the Bottom: The Most Offensive Songs of Jackie Hoffman. Show times are 7:30 PM Feb. 4, 11 and 25.

During the concerts Hoffman will "shamelessly retread her meanest musical hits in an evening of song that's just plain wrong," according to press notes. Michael Schiralli directs with musical direction by Bobby Peaco.

Jackie Hoffman received a Theatre World Award for her work in Hairspray. Her other theatrical credits include Xanadu, The Sisters Rosensweig, Regrets Only, Book of Liz (Obie Award), Straightjacket, Incident at Cobbler's Knob and One Woman Shoe (Jeff Award). Hoffman has been seen on screen in "Legally Blonde II," "Kissing Jessica Stein," "Garden State," "Mo' Money" and "Freaky Friday."

Joe's Pub is located within the Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Street. There is a $30 cover charge and a two-drink minimum; for more information or to make reservations, visit www.joespub.com.
