News   Xanadu's Hoffman Will Offer The Most Offensive Songs at Joe's Pub Jackie Hoffman, who currently co-stars in the new musical Xanadu at the Helen Hayes Theatre, will return to the intimate confines of Joe's Pub in February 2008.

Hoffman's newest solo act is titled Scraping the Bottom: The Most Offensive Songs of Jackie Hoffman. Show times are 7:30 PM Feb. 4, 11 and 25.

During the upcoming concerts Hoffman will "shamelessly retread her meanest musical hits in an evening of song that's just plain wrong," according to the official Joe's Pub website. Michael Schiralli directs with musical direction by Bobby Peaco.

Jackie Hoffman received a Theatre World Award for her work in Hairspray. Her other theatrical credits include The Sisters Rosensweig, Regrets Only, Book of Liz (Obie Award), Straightjacket, Incident at Cobbler's Knob and One Woman Shoe (Jeff Award). Hoffman has been seen on screen in "Legally Blonde II," "Kissing Jessica Stein," "Garden State," "Mo' Money" and "Freaky Friday."
