Brennyn Lark (Les Misérables)
This was a picture of me at my preschool Halloween party, so I was four years old! My mom has always been a sucker for TV Land classics, so I was Jeannie from "I Dream of Jeannie." I vividly remember giving some fierce choreography to "Monster Mash" at our dance party and reaaaally over doing it on the candy corn!

Andy Kelso (Kinky Boots)
This is me at age 11… I went as Aladdin. (Eat your heart out, Adam Jacobs!) In Colorado, it is not unusual for it to it to be freezing and for it to snow on Halloween. Hence, the turtleneck. Maybe it was the lack of insulation provided by those satin purple pants, but I remember this year being particularly cold.

Emily Lopez (Los Angeles' Carrie: The Musical)
Nine years old. I was bubblegum under a shoe. Needless to say, this costume created an atmosphere of bewilderment/confusion amongst the majority of my peers.

Heidi Blickenstaff (Something Rotten)
I think I'm eight in this picture. I went as Sandy from "Grease." That movie had such a huge impact on my life that the following year I went as Sandy again, only I went as Slut Sandy. My parents were thrilled.

Jill Paice (An American in Paris)
Age nine. I loved my blue Velcro sneakers so much that I resisted learning how to tie shoes.

Danny Gardner (Dames at Sea)
I'm six years old in this picture, and I guess I decided to be a witch for Halloween. This was one of those horrible plastic masks from the 80s that cut your eyelids when you had it on. But, I wore it for the candy! I must be putting a hex on a baseball team because I'm stirring my plastic cauldron with a baseball bat. Also, notice the jeans and sensible sneakers under my cape. Hey, it was cold that October, and I had a lot of walking to do. Ah the 80s.

Chilina Kennedy (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical)
Me = embarrassed. Here you go. Both are highly inappropriate and slightly offensive. I'm not even sure the First Nations costume was for Halloween.

John Bolton (Dames at Sea)
I loved Halloween. Here's me at age nine. The photo in front of the fireplace was a yearly event at our house, and mom always insisted we do one with the mask and one without "so we'll know who it is." I was the only child in the house.

Scott J. Campbell (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical)
I look around eight years old. I think I was a hunchback zombie?? I remember a terrible stomachache. Must have been the Sun Maid raisins.
