News After Party Welcomes Hall, Kritzer, Thomas and More Oct. 10 "The After Party," billed as "an informal midtown schmoozefest for the theatrically inclined," offers the fifth annual Brandon and Ray's Birthday Bash Oct. 10.

Helping celebrate the birthdays of Brandon Cutrell and Ray Fellman will be Nightlife Award winner Lisa Asher, The Lion King's Sean Bradford, singer Melissa Driscol, Rent's Crystal Monee Hall, The Ritz's Kitty Hiccups, Kenny Holcomb, In the Heights' Marcus Paul James, A Catered Affair's Leslie Kritzer, Hairspray's Susan Mosher, Miss Fire Island 2002 Ariel Sinclair, Ace's Gabrielle Stravelli, Xanadu's Marty Thomas and Glammy Award winner Gusty Winds. All will be on hand to greet fans and perform. Hosted by Brandon Cutrell and Alysha Umphress, "The After Party" at the Laurie Beechman Theatre features Ray Fellman at the piano. Amateurs and professionals are invited to take turns at the open mic during the "Party," which begins at 10:30 PM and continues to 2 AM.

Brandon Cutrell is a Bistro and two-time MAC Award winner. His New York credits include Broadway By the Year, Broadway Unplugged, Pippin, La Gioconda, King Island Christmas and Waiting for Lefty. Cutrell's self-titled solo CD is available by visiting www.BrandonCutrell.com. Ray Fellman was the musical director for Off-Broadway's Captain Louie; his other musical director credits include The Tutor, Reluctant Pilgrim and Blood Drive: A Musical Triptych.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located within the West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street. There is no cover charge or minimum for "The After Party."
