Allyson Spellman and Tongue in Cheek Productions will present Jessie McCormack's Spine at The Phil Bosakowski Theatre in New York City. Previews for McCormack's new play begin Nov. 9. The show opens on Nov. 16.
Directed by Craig Carlisle (Atlantic Theatre's Joe Fearless), Spine is a "new comedy dealing with being rich, feeling guilty about it, and feeling guiltier for complaining about feeling guilty about it."
The cast includes playwright Jessie McCormack and Aliza Waksal. McCormack has been seen at Classic Stage Company, Soho Rep and the New York Fringe Festival. Waksal has performed at Classic Stage Company, Expanded Arts, 13th Street Rep and the New York Fringe Festival.
The creative team for Spine comprises set and lighting director Michael Brown with sound and original music by Keith "Wild Child" Middleton.
