LOS ANGELES -- The West Coast premiere of Eliza Anderson's The Water Principle will take place Oct. 22 at The Complex on Hollywood's Theatre Row on Santa Monica Boulevard. Anderson won the 1992 Clauder Competition with The Water Principle, which is set in an indefinite future and deals with a young woman living in the backwoods who is approached by a stranger interested in developing her land. When a second stranger arrives, "deals and deceptions become the order of the day."
Silas Weir Mitchell directs a cast that includes Kim Gillingham, Christopher Boyer and Harris Mann.
