The Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York (A.R.T./NY) has confirmed that it will hold its annual meeting at 6 PM on April 17 at the American Airlines Theatre (the former Selwyn), despite delays with reconstruction of the venue. The guest speaker at the annual meeting will be director Anne Bogart.
A.R.T./NY executive director Ginny Louloudes told Playbill On-Line that the event was a go, despite the fact the Roundabout Theatre Company has already moved what was to be its first production in the American, Uncle Vanya, to the Brooks Atkinson to ensure that the play opens before this season's Tony eligibility deadline.
The American Airlines Theatre is located at 227 West 42nd Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
