News Baitz, Morrow, Irving Take Part in Naked Angels' fear, Feb. 13-March 2 Naked Angels will present the next installment in their "Issues Project" series as an evening of eight one-acts titled fear, Feb. 13-March 2. The evening, which brings together over 30 artists including Jon Robin Baitz, Rob Morrow and Fisher Stevens will pay at downtown Manhattan's Greenwich Street Theatre.

fear features the plays of playwrights Jon Robin Baitz (Ten Unknowns), Patrick Breen (Marking), Will Eno, David Marshall Grant (Snakebit, Current Events), Deirdre O'Connor, Pippin Parker, Seth Zvi Rosenfeld (The Flatted Fifth) and Sheri Wilner.

Taking the helm of these works will be directors Hal Brooks, Lizzie Gottlieb (Evolution), Rob Morrow (actor of "Northern Exposure," Boys of Winter), Geoffrey Nauffts (actor of A Few Good Men, June Moon), Frank Pugliese (Some Voices), Fisher Stevens (actor in "Short Circuit," Carousel), Anastasia Traina, and set designer George Xenos.

The cast of the one-acts will include Timothy Britten Parker (Rent) and Amy Irving (Three Sisters), James Urbaniak (The World Over), Dominic Chianese (The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui), Peter Frechette (The Dazzle, What the Butler Saw), Jen Albano (Mizlansky/Zilinsky), Kapil Bawa, Kim Parker ("You Can Count On Me"), Mary McCann (This Thing of Darkness), Matthew Dawson, Shirley A. Rumierk and Danny Javier Rivera.

The design team for fear includes Asaki Oda (set), Peter Hoerburger (lighting), Brad Scoggins (costumes) and A. Stanley Gurzcak (sound).

Naked Angels is a not-for-profit theater founded in 1986 by a group of actors, writers, directors, designers and producers. The have been producing their signature Issues Projects series since 1989. Participants in past Issues Projects include Jace Alexander, Matthew Broderick, Edie Falco, Richard Greenberg, Gina Gershon, Jonathan Larson, Lucy Liu, Warren Leight, Craig Lucas, Kenneth Lonergan, Brian MacDevitt, Joe Mantello, Michael Mastro, Theresa Rebeck, Mark Ruffalo, David Shiner and Stephen Sondheim. The Naked Angels have developed and occasionally premiered many works that have gone on to future success such as Kenneth Lonergan's "You Can Count on Me," Jon Robin Baitz's The Substance of Fire and A Fair Country, Nicky Silver's Fat Men in Skirts," David Marshall Grant's Snakebit and Stephen Belber's Tape.
