News Blue Light Benefits From "Big Show," with Paltrow, Newman, April 24 Off-Broadway's Blue Light Theatre Company will hold an all-star benefit on April 24 at Manhattan's Copacabana (617 57th Street). Among the stars scheduled to appear are Gwyneth Paltrow, Paul Newman, Robin Batteau, David Buskin, Stockard Channing, Joe Grifasi, Greg Naughton, James Naughton, Phoebe Snow, Laura Benanti and Steve Armour.

Off-Broadway's Blue Light Theatre Company will hold an all-star benefit on April 24 at Manhattan's Copacabana (617 57th Street). Among the stars scheduled to appear are Gwyneth Paltrow, Paul Newman, Robin Batteau, David Buskin, Stockard Channing, Joe Grifasi, Greg Naughton, James Naughton, Phoebe Snow, Laura Benanti and Steve Armour. Grifasi, Newman's wife Joanne Woodward and Naughtons pere and fils have worked on Blue Light productions. James Naughton will direct the evening, which will feature songs and surprise guests. Cocktails begin at 6:30 PM, with dinner at 7:30 PM and a live auction and performance at 8:45 PM.

This season, the Blue Light presented Daniel Goldfarb's Adam Baum and the Jew Movie and Jessica Goldberg's The Hologram Theory. Its upcoming offering is Philip Barry's Hotel Universe.
