Writer and performer Eric Bogosian, who got his start doing monologues in downtown, Off-Off-Broadway theatres, generally does an annual solo show to benefit Performance Space 122. This year is no different, for Nov. 21 wil bring Bogosian's latest piece, The Saint Lenny Blow-Up Party Doll Orgy Song.

Directed by Bogosian's wife, Jo Bonney, Saint Lenny will offer a mix of old and new material. According to PS 122's Director of Communications, Boo Froebel, "Eric assumes most of the people coming to the benefit are already familiar with his work. He hopes to be a bit looser, not as controlling, and try some whacked out new characters."

To accommodate crowds, the performance will be staged at Irving Plaza, rather than at PS 122's space on First Ave. , $50 tickets entitle patrons to see the show and attend a pre-show cocktail party, featuring members of the cast of the new film, "subUrbia" (based on Bogosian's Off-Broadway play). Bogosian most likely won't attend the cocktail. Tickets for the show alone are only $20.

Those interested can call PS 122 at (212) 477-5288 or check out their website (which so far [Nov. 4] has no information on the Bogosian benefit) at http://www.ps122.org
