News Broadway Brackets Final Four Revealed Four Tony-winning musicals will move on to the semifinal round.
Voting for Round Two of Broadway Brackets is now complete, and theatre fans have narrowed down the competition to the Final Four musicals that will move on in the semifinals of the 2017 Broadway Brackets Championship.

Here’s a look at how the Final Four played out. Lin-Manuel Miranda’s hit musical Hamilton beat out Fun Home in its match-up, taking in 2.8K (78%) votes over Fun Home’s 781 (22%) votes.

The 2002 musical Hairspray brought in 2.59K (75%) votes, beating out the long-running hit Jersey Boys with 887 (25%) votes.

The Book of Mormon was another landslide win, taking in 2.67K (76%) votes to beat out Billy Elliot with 823 (24%) votes.

The final match-up saw another win for a Lin-Manuel Miranda musical. In the Heights­—with 2.16K (62%) votes—won over Avenue Q with 1.34K (38%) votes.

We head into the Final Four with Hamilton squaring off against The Book of Mormon, and In the Heights going toe-to-toe with Hairspray.

Voting for the Final Four begins March 16 at noon ET and continues through March 17 at 10 AM. Voting for the final two shows in the Broadway Brackets Championship will be open March 17-19. The Broadway Brackets Champion will be announced March 20.
