News Broadway Folk to Celebrate Nancy LaMott and Scott Alan at Barnes and Noble Bobby Steggert, Christiane Noll and Christopher Sieber will perform the music of Scott Alan at the Lincoln Triangle Barnes and Noble in Manhattan in December. The retailer will also host an evening dedicated to the late cabaret performer Nancy LaMott.

On Dec. 3 at 6 PM, Steggert, Noll, Sieber, Nikki Renee Daniels, Darius de Haas and Zak Resnick will celebrate the music of songwriter Alan. The evening will highlight songs from his latest album, "What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up." Composer and longtime Nancy LaMott collaborator David Friedman will join Lucie Arnaz Dec. 6 at 7:30 PM to celebrate the life and music of LaMott, with film clips from "The Don't Tell Mama Shows."

Other events will include Eric Comstock signing and performing from his new album "bitter/sweet" Dec. 6 at 6 PM; and "Tales of the City" author Armistead Maupin signing and discussing his latest novel, "Mary Ann in Autumn," Dec. 9 at 7:30 PM.
