News Broadway Marquees Will Be Dimmed to Honor Celeste Holm The lights of Broadway's marquees will be dimmed for one minute at 8 PM July 18 as a tribute to theatre star Celeste Holm, who died July 15 at the age of 95.

Charlotte St. Martin, executive director of The Broadway League, said in a statement, "Celeste Holm's impressive career on stage and screen spanned six decades, so multi-generations of theatre and film fans had the chance to appreciate her unique talent. Our thoughts are with her friends and family at this time."
