News Broadway's O'Hare, Burton and More Join Garber on FOX's "Justice" Oct. 30 Broadway stars Denis O'Hare and Kate Burton will guest star opposite fellow stage actor Victor Garber on FOX's new series "Justice," Oct. 30.

The hour-long drama, which also stars Eamonn Walker, Kerr Smith and Rebecca Mader as partners of a high-profile law firm, airs Monday nights at 9 PM (ET). Check your local listings.

In the episode — titled "Death Spiral" — the son of a millionaire and his blue-collar girlfriend are killed in a small-engine plane crash. The law firm of TNT&G represents the girlfriend's grieving parents in a wrongful-death suit against the wealthy matriarch.

Garber — a stage star of Art, Assassins and Damn Yankees — stars in the series as the arrogant head of the four-person law firm. The series follows the inner workings of murder cases, from mock juries to computer-generated re-enactments, and culminates by giving viewers a glimpse at the actual events that led to the deaths.

Tony Award winner O'Hare (Assassins, Take Me Out) will guest star in the episode along with Burton (The Constant Wife, Hedda Gabler). Also appearing are Aunjanue Ellis (Drowning Crow), Mark Deklin (The Lion King), Jami Floyd, Michael Dempsey (Mister Roberts) and Robin Bartlett (Everett Beekin, Yentl).
