News Buckley, Panaro, Strickland and More Join Broadway for Medicine Benefit Several more artists have been added to the roster of those taking part in Broadway for Medicine, a benefit concert scheduled for March 12 at City Center.

The evening, scheduled to begin at 7 PM, will benefit the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction. Those previously announced to lend their talents to the evening include Charles Busch, Manoel Felciano, Malcolm Gets, Deborah Gibson, Joanna Gleason, Debbie Gravitte, Julie Halston, Mimi Hines, Judy Kuhn, Andrea McArdle, Howard McGillin, Donna McKechnie and Rosie's Broadway Kids. Newcomers to the event include Tony Award winner Betty Buckley as well as Kate Burton, Hugh Panaro, Lisa Vroman, Josh Strickland, Jenn Gambatese and Chester Gregory II.

The concert will feature Broadway songs under the artistic direction of Carl Andress. Grammy and Emmy Award winner John McDaniel will be the program's musical director.

The concert will be followed by a dinner and live auction at the Mandarin Oriental. The auction will raise funds for specific medical procedures and will be hosted by Sotheby's Jamie Niven.
