News Cher Looks Back on Four Decades at Fez, Jan. 4-25 In the mood for 40 years of the ever-morphing career of Cher? Then singer and impersonator Devon Cass has the show for you: Cher: Four Decades Live, to run at downtown Manhattan's cabaret spot Fez Jan. 4-25.

The subject, of course, is the one-named singer and celebrity who got her start as half of the '60s pop duo and '70s television act Sonny & Cher. Since then, the sometimes raven-haired, sometimes plantinum-blonde, always outrageously-dressed star has presented various versions of herself to the public, including: Oscar-winning actress; power pop balladeer; dance club diva; and rock elder statesperson. Along the way, she charted such hits as "I Got You, Babe," "The Beat Goes On," "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves," "Dark Lady," "Half Breed," "I Found Someone," "If I Could Turn Back Time" and "Believe." Cass will sing many of these, using his own voice and wearing several custom-designed costumes. The production is directed by Michael Biondi.

This limited engagement runs for four shows only: Sundays from January 4-25 at 8:00 PM. Tickets are $20. For additional information and reservations, call Fez at (212) 533-2680.
