News Chicago Casting Season Opens With League's Unified Auditions CHICAGO--The League of Chicago Theatres has announced the opening of casting season with its 1998 Unified Auditions. Actors can audition for dozens of theatres at one time through the 12th annual Non-Traditional Auditions for Actors of Color, Seniors and Persons with Disabilities or the 6th annual Non-Equity General Auditions, sponsored by the League, the Chicago Tribune Foundation and National Photo Service Inc.

CHICAGO--The League of Chicago Theatres has announced the opening of casting season with its 1998 Unified Auditions. Actors can audition for dozens of theatres at one time through the 12th annual Non-Traditional Auditions for Actors of Color, Seniors and Persons with Disabilities or the 6th annual Non-Equity General Auditions, sponsored by the League, the Chicago Tribune Foundation and National Photo Service Inc.

The audition process includes four events between May 2 and June 30, including an audition clinic on June 6 at Touchstone Organic Theatre.

To qualify actors must submit an application, self-addressed stamped envelope, headshot and an attached resume to The League of Chicago Theatres (67 E. Madison St., suite 2116, Chicago, IL 60603) by May 4.
