Artistic director Charles Newell, executive director Stephen J. Albert and board chair Marilyn Fatt Vitale announced the company's 59th season on April 3. The slate also features the return of Denis O'Hare and Lisa Peterson's one-man Homeric epic An Iliad directed by Newell and featuring Timothy Edward Kane (whose earlier turn won the Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Solo Performance); August Wilson's Seven Guitars, directed by Parson; and Quiara Alegría Hudes' Pulitzer Prize-winning Water by the Spoonful, directed by Henry Godinez in his Court Theatre debut.
Newell will close the season by directing a new production of David Henry Hwang's Tony Award-winning M. Butterfly.
