Beginning July 18 and running through Aug. 2, Northwestern will host the two revues, The Golden Age: The Classic American Musical and The New Age: Cabaret and Beyond, which will be presented on alternating nights. An Aug. 1 performance will offer both concerts back to back.
Dominic Missimi, who will direct, created the concerts along with music director David Fiorello. The concerts will take place at the Ethel M. Barber Theater.

The Golden Age: The Classic American Musical will explore George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Learner and Loewe, Sheldon Harnick and more. "Heidi Kettenring will perform songs from Guys and Dolls, My Fair Lady and Funny Girl, all leading roles that have won her high praise from Chicago critics."
The New Age: Cabaret and Beyond, featuring Resnik, will feature music from Cabaret, Follies, Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar, Godspell, as well as Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, The Phantom of the Opera, Ragtime, The Light in the Piazza and Spring Awakening. Kettenring and Resnik will be joined on stage by most of the Northwestern student cast of Godspell as well as other student performers from the School of Communication’s Music Theatre Program.
