Christopher Jackson, who plays George Washington in the Broadway musical Hamilton, appeared on The Nightly Show April 27 with Larry Wilmore as part of a panel debating race, activism and the arts in light of Beyoncé's new politically charged album, Lemonade.

Jackson appeared with Ricky Velez and Franchesca Ramsey, and gave his opinion on how political an artist should be allowed to be.
