Conn was company manager of Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre for 17 years, from the early seventies to the late eighties. He worked on such shows as Mourning Becomes Electra with Colleen Dewhurst, Death of a Salesman with George C. Scott, John Gabriel Borkman with E.G. Marshall and Irene Worth, Present Laughter with Scott and Nathan Lane and Coastal Disturbances with Annette Bening.
Conn threw many theatre parties at Gallagher's in honor of celebrities such as Tony Randall and Karen Ziemba.
