LOS ANGELES -- Bob Funk, a new comedy written and directed by Craig Carlisle, will have its world premiere June 3 at the Tamarind Theatre. Carlisle's play is about a man trying to become an adult at the advanced age of 33. The comedy was developed in a series of staged readings by the Naked Angels company in New York.
Michael Campbell has been cast as the hapless Funk.
Others on the bill include Matthew Faber, Lee Garlington and Paula Davidson.
Carlisle has written numerous plays and is presently Director of Theatrical Development for New York-based Mosaic Entertainment.
