Variety reports that Waters will present his one-man show, This Filthy World — Dirtier and Filthier April 24 at Copenhagen's CPH:PIX film festival. Waters' previously offered This Filthy World at The Concert Hall at The Society for Ethical Culture in Manhattan.

This Filthy World, according to press notes, is a "'vaudeville' act that celebrates the film career and obsessional tastes of the man William Burroughs once called 'The Pope of Trash.' Focusing in on Waters' early negative artistic influences and his fascination with true crime, exploitation films, fashion lunacy, and the extremes of the contemporary art world, this joyously devious monologue elevates all that is trashy in life into a call to arms to 'filth followers' everywhere."

CPH:PIX will run April 16-26. For more information visit http://www.cphpix.dk/n/a1.lasso.
