News Curtains Star Danieley to Return to Birdland in February Broadway tenor Jason Danieley, most recently on The Great White Way in the Tony-nominated musical Curtains, will return to Birdland Feb. 23.

Danieley's concert, entitled Love, in the Key of Eclectic Americana, will begin at 7 PM. The evening will celebrate the release of his debut recording, "Jason Danieley & The Frontier Heroes."

The singing actor will be joined onstage by Dan Lipton, Christian Hebel, Damien Bassman, Mark Vanderpoel, Michael Aarons and Theresa McCarthy.

Jason Danieley, who was most recently on Broadway in Curtains, played Dr. Rey in the Signature Theatre's production of The Highest Yellow. He starred on Broadway as Malcolm MacGregor in The Full Monty, a role he repeated in London. For his Broadway debut in Candide, Danieley received a Theatre World Award and a Drama Desk nomination. His other theatrical credits include the City Center Encores! production of Strike Up the Band as well as Off-Broadway runs in Dream True and Floyd Collins. Danieley is married to Broadway actress Marin Mazzie.
