News Curtains Tony Winner Hyde Pierce Will Lend Voice to White Plains' How to Succeed Emmy winner David Hyde Pierce, who won a Tony for his current role in Broadway's Curtains, will be heard in the upcoming productions of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying at the White Plains Performing Arts Center.

Pierce will record the role of The Narrator/Voice of the Book for the production, which will play the White Plains, NY, venue April 24-May 11.

Directed by Eleanor Reissa, the How to Succeed cast will include Matt Wilson as J. Pierrepont Finch and Nicholas Wyman as J.B. Biggley with Jill Abramovitz (Hedy LaRue), Paul Aguirre, J. David Anderson, Delaine Andrzejewski, Jessica Bircann, Stephanie Carter, Ron DeStefano (Bud Frump), Saum Eskandani, Joy Franz (Miss Jones), Linda Gabler (Smitty), Ellie Harrison, David Monzione, Christopher Noffke, Patricia Noonan (Rosemary), Scott Robertson (Bratt), Steve Routman (Twimble/Womper), Doug Trapp and Simon Trumble.

The production will also feature choreography by Lorin Lazarro, musical direction by James Bassi, scenic design by Vicki R. Davis, costume design by Emily Pepper, lighting design by Herrick Goldman and sound design by Nick Borisjuk. Bonnie Brady will be the production stage manager.

How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying — based on Shepherd Mead's book of the same name — features a book by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock and Willie Gilbert and a score by Frank Loesser. The original Broadway production played 1,417 performances at the 46th Street Theatre from October 1961-March 1965. Robert Morse starred in the cast and earned one of the show's seven Tony Awards. The musical also won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The 1995 revival starred Matthew Broderick, who also won a Tony for his performance. The White Plains Performing Arts Center is located on the third level of City Center at the corner of Main and Mamaroneck in downtown White Plains, NY.
