The evening, entitled The Oscar Show: A Celebration of Academy Award Winning Songs & Movies, will begin at 6 PM. DeRoy will be joined on stage by four-time Tony nominee Gregg Edelman, London stage performer Bonnie Langford and Drama Desk nominee Christina Bianco. Barry Kleinbort will direct the concert, which will feature musical direction by Lanny Meyers.
Jamie deRoy, a stand-up comic, singer and hostess, has been a longtime fixture on the New York cabaret scene. She is the winner of eight MAC Awards, four Back Stage Bistro Awards, nine Telly Awards and is an Emmy-nominated producer of Channel 13's "CityArts."
