CHICAGO--Faye Dunaway will receive the annual award of Chicago's Sarah Siddons Society for her 1997 performance as Maria Callas in Master Class at the Shubert Theatre. The organization, founded in 1952, also presents an annual award to an actress for an outstanding work in a Chicago theatrical production: This year's recipient will be Ann Whitney, receiving kudos for her portrayal of the title character in Driving Miss Daisy at the Northlight Theatre.
