Olivier Award winner Elaine Paige stars as Carlotta Campion in the recently revived production of James Goldman and Stephen Sondheim's Tony Award-winning musical Follies, which landed on Broadway Aug. 7, prior to an official opening Sept. 12, direct from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in DC.

Paige made the transfer to Broadway alongside two-time Tony winner Bernadette Peters, who plays Sally Durant Plummer; four-time Tony nominee Jan Maxwell, who plays Phyllis Rogers Stone; two-time Tony nominee Danny Burstein, who plays Buddy Plummer; and Ron Raines, who plays Benjamin Stone.

The award-winning actress, known for originating the role of Grizabella in Cats, visited "New York Live" to talk about her experience with Follies, her successful stage career, and why she never reads reviews—even if they're spectacular. Her other stage credits include Hair, Evita, Sunset Boulevard and The Drowsy Chaperone, among others.
