After a successful return engagement of audience fave, Smoke on the Mountain, running now through Aug. 22, Georgia's Theatre in the Square will present Martin McDonagh's The Beauty Queen of Leenane, Aug. 18-Sept. 26. Set in rural Ireland, Beauty Queen is the tale of an aging, manipulative mother and her interference with her daughter's chance at love. Leenane won the 1998 Best Play Award from the Outer Critics Circle, the Drama League and the Drama Desk, in addition to four Tony Awards.
