The band is a collaboration between Worsham and her musician-writer husband Kyle Jarrow. At the 8 PM concert, they will be joined by David Blasher, Eric Day, Lizzie O'Hara, Kristin Piacentile, Perry Silver, Jessi Suzuki and Kevin Wunderlich.

Sky-Pony promises "lush, lyrical, often cheeky indie-pop with a healthy dose of theatrics. They incorporate costumes, choreography and projections into their high-energy live shows. Rock concert meets performance art meets burlesque, you might say."

Worsham's theatrical credits also include the New York City Opera production of Candide, the Goodspeed staging of Carnival and the national tour of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Opening for Sky-Pony at 7 PM will be Toys and Tiny Instruments, offering "infectious high-energy tunes that incorporate a whole bunch of toys and tiny instruments."

Mercury Lounge is located at 217 East Houston Street at Essex. For more information and tickets, priced at $10, click here.
