Caissie Levy, who portrays Sheila in the Tony-winning revival of Hair, hosts the Feb. 22 Monday Nights, New Voices concert at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre.

The evening, which begins at 7 PM, celebrates the work of composer Jeremy Schonfeld. Vocalists include Alexander Vanjah Boikai, Ellen Condon, Krista Paolella, Natalie Walker and Christopher Yee. Schonfeld will also be on hand to accompany the singers on piano. Chris Kong is the musical director for the series.

The New Voices series was founded by composer Scott Alan to "showcase some of today's brightest new talent in New York." Alan's debut recording, "Dreaming Wide Awake" — which features performances by Liz Callaway, Stephanie J. Block, Eden Espinosa, Cheyenne Jackson and Jonathan Groff, among others — is available by visiting His new CD, "Keys: The Music of Scott Alan," is also now available.

Levy has also appeared on Broadway in two other award-winning musicals: Hairspray and Wicked.

Jeremy Schonfeld is a singer/songwriter/composer/lyricist, whose works include Drift, It Happened One Christmas and Home. His songs can also be heard on the CD "37 Notebooks."
