Terminal, Susan Yankowitz's play about life and its inevitable conclusion, was first presented in 1969 by Joseph Chaikin's legendary Open Theatre Ensemble in New York. It was considered by many a seminal example of late 60s, avant-garde theatre. Now, 30 years later, the Non-Prophet Hatching Co. of Los Angeles is presenting the West Coast premiere of Terminal, through Aug. 13, at the Theatre Theater Workspace, 6425 Hollywood Blvd, 4th floor. The Hatching Co. is a new local company, formed in July, 1998 by members of the '98 graduating class of American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Directed by Stan Roth, Terminal plays Fri. & Sat. at 8 PM; Sun. at 2 PM. For information or ticket reservations call (323) 463-2573.
