News Hunter Ryan Herdlicka and Sarah Rice to Perform Sondheim Unplugged at the Beechman A Little Night Music's Hunter Ryan Herdlicka will be part of the Jan. 31 presentation of Sondheim Unplugged at the Laurie Beechman Theatre.

Sondheim Unplugged, which launched at the Beechman last summer, features an array of cabaret and theatre performers, as well as special guest stars who appeared in the original cast or revivals of Sondheim's musicals. The performers are accompanied solely by piano. In addition to Herdlicka, who appeared as Henrik in the latest Broadway revival of Night Music, the 7 PM concert will include Eric Michael Gillett (2004 revival of The Frogs), Sarah Rice (Sweeney Todd’s original Johanna), Trent Armand Kendall (2002 Into the Woods revival) and Marni Nixon (2001 Follies revival).

Also scheduled to perform are Carey Anderson, Jim Brochu, Emily Buttner, Ashley Hesse, Marcus Paul James, Cindy Marchionda, Miles Phillips, Steve Ross, Stephen Wallem and Lennie Watts. Joshua Stephen Kartes will serve as musical director.
