David Galligan directs the engagement that will run through Jan. 30. John McDaniel serves as musical director, accompanist and arranger. The evening promises "an eclectic mix of theater classics by Jerry Herman and Irving Berlin, and songs made famous by music legends Al Jolson, Bessie Smith and Rudy Vallee."
Daly made her Feinstein's debut last May with Songs. That evening included the work of Jule Styne, Alan and Marilyn Bergman and Cy Coleman. Galligan and Daly created Songs in collaboration with McDaniel, who also served as conductor, pianist, composer and arranger.
Best known for her Emmy-winning work on "Cagney and Lacey," Tyne Daly won a Tony Award for her performance as Rose in the 1989 Gypsy revival. She was also Tony-nominated for her work in Rabbit Hole, and her other Broadway credits include That Summer—That Fall and The Seagull.
Second Time Around is presented at 8:30 PM Tuesday-Friday, with additional 10:30 PM shows on Fridays and Saturdays.
