News James Franco and Anne Hathaway Will Host the Academy Awards Access Hollywood reports that actors James Franco and Anne Hathaway will co-host the 83rd Annual Academy Awards, which will be presented Feb. 27, 2011.

The awards ceremony will be held at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, CA. ABC-TV will broadcast the event live.

Nominations will be announced Jan. 25, 2011, at 5:30 AM PT at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

Other key dates for the Oscar calendar have been announced:

December 1, 2010: Official Screen Credits forms due
December 27, 2010: Nominations ballots mailed
January 14, 2011: Nominations polls close 5 PM PT
February 2, 2011: Final ballots mailed
February 7, 2011: Nominees Luncheon
February 12, 2011: Scientific and Technical Awards presentation
February 22, 2011: Final polls close 5 PM PT

Franco, who has appeared in "Milk," "Howl" and "Spider-Man," is currently studying film production at the Maurice Kanbar Institute of Film & Television at New York University. He can currently be seen on screen in "127 Hours."

Hathaway appeared in Shakespeare in the Park's Twelfth Night, in the Encores! concert production of Carnival! and in Jane Eyre and Gigi at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse. She received an Oscar nomination for "Rachel Getting Married." Other screen credits include the current "Love and Other Drugs" as well as "Alice in Wonderland," "Becoming Jane," "The Devil Wears Prada," "Brokeback Mountain," "Ella Enchanted" and "The Princess Diaries."
