Directed by Mikhael Garver, the NYMF special event by writer-composers Tor Hyams (NYMF's Greenwood) and Lisa Neubauer (The Producers) also features Lee Siegel (Jesus Christ Superstar), Ben Nordstrom, Caitlin Kinnunen (Spring Awakening), Cassie Slater, Andrew Redlawsk and Lisa Rothauser.

Stealing Time, according to press notes, "follows two separately married individuals whose lives collide at just the right time. From the author of Greenwood (NYMF 2011), this developmental song cycle traces the search for individual truth and the overwhelming struggle to take risks on that path. Once this truth is uncovered, a journey of self-love, compassion, and honest communication sparks difficult choices two hearts can no longer deny; accepting the light of absolute love or retreating into the safety of complacency. Which would you choose?"

Now in its ninth year, the New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF), which provides a launching pad for the next generation of musicals, is the largest annual musical theatre event in America.

The PTC Performance Space is located at 555 West 42nd Street. For more information and tickets, call (212) 352-3101 or visit NYMF.org or StealingTimeMusical.com.
