News John Lloyd Young, Sutton Foster, Frank Wildhorn and More Will Play the Café Carlyle in 2014 Tony Award winners Sutton Foster and John Lloyd Young as well as composer Frank Wildhorn will be among the artists gracing the intimate stage of the Café Carlyle this winter.

As previously reported, Tony winner Sutton Foster, who will return to Broadway later this season in the musical Violet, will play the Carlyle Jan. 14-24, 2014. Foster will be followed by Clint Holmes and Jane Monheit, who will perform the songs of Frank Wildhorn Jan. 28-Feb. 1. Composer Wildhorn will join the singers, marking his Carlyle debut.

Tony winner John Lloyd Young will return to the East Side venue with an all-new show, Feb. 4-15. The month of February will also feature performances by Nellie McKay (Feb. 18-22) and Maude Maggart (Feb. 25-March 1).

An artist to be announced will perform March 4-15, and John Pizzarelli will return March 17-29 to premiere a new concert of bossa nova music featuring Brazilian singer-songwriter and pianist Daniel Jobim.

Throughout the season, Woody Allen will continue to perform Monday nights with the Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band.
