La Vida que te di (I Gave You My Life) by Nobel Prize winner Luigi Pirandello, runs in Madrid's Teatro Albeniz thru Mar. 1.
Spain's well known theater director Miguel Narros makes his return to the public theatre scene with this revival, after 10 years of working in private theater collaborating with producer and set designer Andrea D'odorico.
La Vida que te di stars veteran actress Margarita Lonzano, who has worked with prestigious directors such as Bunuel, Passolini, and Bolognini. Margarita Lozano returns to the stage thanks to good friend Narros, who worked with her for the first time in Madrid's Teatro Guerrero many years ago.
La Vida que te di also has very special significance for the actress because it originally premiered in the theater of the small town of Murcia, where she began her theatrical career.
The play reveals the relationship between a mother and her children, providing a special analysis of the woman. Narros has put together a cast made up of novice and veteran actors: Margarita Lonzano, Fabio Leon, Maria Alfonsa Rosso et. al.
