News LAByrinth Readings Conclude in NYC, Feb. 11 The most remarkable successes of Off-Broadway's rising LAByrinth Theater Company have been In Arabia We'd All Be Kings and Jesus Hopped the "A" Train, both by playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis. In search of a third hit, the troupe recently gave a staged reading of Guirgis' latest work, as-yet untitled. The event was part of LAByrinth's Barn Series Festival of play readings, which conclude Feb. 11 at Center Stage in Manhattan.

In search of a third hit, the troupe recently gave a staged reading of Guirgis' latest work, as-yet untitled. The event was part of LAByrinth's Barn Series Festival of play readings, which conclude Feb. 11 at Center Stage in Manhattan. The remaining Feb. 11 reading will be solo performances of God Took Away His Poem with Jamal Chasten, directed by Steven Sapp; and Type One with Rebecca Cohen Alpert, director by David Deblinger
