The Trip Back Down comes down Dec. 19. The Company of Angels staging of John Bishop's drama opened Oct. 30 and finishes its run at the Angels Theatre in Silverlake, CA.
Trip traces the path Bobby Horvath takes back to Mansfield, the small Midwestern town he left to become a NASCAR racer eight years before. Horvath sought to escape the small town thinking of his wife, child, family and friends, but after losing his position in racing, finds himself coming back to them.
Lee Magnuson directs Loanne Bishop, Barbara Ann Bush, Rob Elk, Michael Erger, Susan Foster, Terry Giles, Horace Martin, Danny Naten, Michael Riney, Larissa D. Skewes, Tom Slovick, Don Oscar Smith, Michael Taylor, Pamela Walker and Bernie Van De Yacht.
