Third Eye Repertory's 30th anniversary production of the "Tribal Love-Rock Musical", Hair will conclude its extended run Mar. 21.
The production, which opened Jan. 30, received strong reviews and public support. Also, giving support was Hair co-author, James Rado who reworked the musical's book for the production.

When Hair was transferred from its Off-Broadway production (at The Public Theatre and then The Cheetah) to Broadway's Biltmore Theatre in April 1968, the text of the show went through various revisions. Thirty years later, it's still being changed, Rado recently told Playbill On-Line, "In studying it, there were some things that always bothered me about the structure of the show, so I corrected them. Revising, Tighter, Funnier, Clearer. More of a strong line with character development. It [Hair] was always criticized as a non-book, non-linear show. So, now the progression of the events are stronger, the emotional, that central focus is more tangible."
