The production stars Tara Giordano, Bill Army, Kathleen Wise, Lucy Faust, Nesba Crenshaw, Chelsea Melone, Caitlyn Meagher, Steven Dykes, Patricia Buckley, Caitlin Duffy, Joelle Mendoza-Etchart and Liana Barron. Awake and Sing! (Off-Broadway at The Public's Shiva Theater) The National Asian American Theatre Company's production of Clifford Odets' Awake and Sing! features an entirely Asian-American cast. The production is directed by Stephen Brown-Fried and stars Sanjit De Silva, Mel Duane Gionson, Mia Katigbak, Teresa Avia Lim, James Saito, Jon Norman Schneider, David Shih, Alok Tewari and Henry Yuk. Awake and Sing! is described as "an empathetic, almost autobiographical time-marker about a Jewish family struggling through the depths of the Depression in a cramped and overcrowded Bronx apartment." It Shoulda Been You (Broadway at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre) The new Broadway musical comedy It Shoulda Been You, about a wedding gone awry, features music by Barbara Anselmi and a book and lyrics by Brian Hargrove. The production is directed by David Hyde Pierce. Tyne Daly leads the cast, joined by Lisa Howard, Harriet Harris, Sierra Boggess, Aaron C. Finley, Josh Grisetti, Montego Glover, Nick Spangler, Chip Zien, Michael X. Martin, Anne L. Nathan, Edward Hibbert, Farah Alvin, Gina Farrell and Mitch Greenberg.
