Jacobs and Ewoldt, who are both of Filipino descent, will offer an array of musical theatre favorites, including selections from Les Misérables, West Side Story and The Lion King, as well as contemporary pop songs, kundiman (traditional Filipino love songs) and new works by rising musical theatre writers and composers. Show time is 8 PM.

Special guests include Rona Figueroa, composing team Sam Carner and Derek Gregor and singers from Broadway Barkada, a Filipino group.

“The last time Ali and I sang together on a concert stage was at a tribute show for musical theater legend Stephen Sondheim at Lincoln Center two years ago. We sang ‘One Hand, One Heart’ from ‘West Side Story,' and that was it. But for our show at The Town Hall, not only will we have the chance to perform excerpts from Les Misérables for the first time since our Broadway debuts; but we also will have the opportunity to do other popular tunes from shows we haven't done yet,” said Jacobs in a previous statement. "I can also get to show a different side of myself in this concert, which I think people will be surprised to see."

Conceived by Victor Lirio, the evening features direction by Adam Fitzgerald and musical direction by David Dabbon.

Proceeds go to the 3rd The Outstanding Filipino Americans in New York (TOFA-NY) Awards, an annual award ceremony that recognizes exemplary Filipino-Americans in the New York Tri-State held in October; and to Mindoro Healthcare Consulting’s current research to find a cure for multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. Town Hall is located at 143 W. 43rd St. For tickets, priced $40-$100, visit www.ticketmaster.com/event/03004973A4EEAAD6.
