Actress and singer Frances Ruffelle hasn't been in New York since winning a 1988 Tony for playing Eponine in Les Miserables, but she'll be doing two cabaret concerts at the Triad (West 72nd St.) March 12 and 14. Ruffelle created the role of Eponine but before that starred in the original London staging of Starlight Express.
Tunes in the cabaret gig will come from her recent, second album, "Frances Ruffelle," and include such theatre songs as "Where I Want To Be" (Chess), "The Miller's Son" (A Little Night Music) and "Being Alive" (Company).
